This is the usual entry point to our mental health services for people aged 0-64 (for 65+ please see older adult mental health services); after hours support is offered to all age groups. Consumers, family and carers, and health professionals can discuss the need for specialist mental health services for people residing in our service area with the triage service on the above number. The triage service can organise both urgent and non-urgent assessments.

Community Access Support
The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower is a simple tool for you to voluntarily share that you have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent – and that you may need a helping hand, understanding, or more time in shops, at work, on transport, or in public spaces.
A collaboration between the government, businesses and the community to allows access to discounts for carers, including public transport.
A card for people with significant and permanent disability who have a lifelong need for a high level of support to participate in community events and activities. The card allows a person’s carer free entry into participating venues and events.
An MLAK key provides 24/7 access to accessible public facilities for people with a disability
Permits give parking concessions to those with impaired mobility.

Variety Children's Charity assist the purchase of mobility equipment, communication devices, and essential medical and health equipment to support Victorian children with a medically diagnosed chronic illness or disability.
The Steve Waugh Foundation supports those with the rarest diseases in Australia, especially those ineligible for support from other organisations.
Our vision for The Frankie Foundation is to support families who find their NDIS Budget not stretching far enough to support their child’s needs through the duration of their NDIS plan.
Our primary goal is to provide iPads to children from low-income families, specifically those whose parent(s) or caregiver(s) are in receipt of an Australian Government Pension.
